DESCRIPTION:Due to a generous contribution from AM/NS Calvert\, Mobile Baykeeper is partnering with the Gulf Coast Exploreum Science Center to host an IMAX film screening of "A Beautiful Planet" to celebrate Mobile Baykeeper's 20th anniversary. Following the film\, special guest speaker Dr. Ruth Carmichael (Senior Marine Scientist for Dauphin Island Sea Lab) will lead a discussion and Q&A session on how sea life responds to environmental stressors and the need for all of us to care for our planet. The film will last for 45 minutes and cover success stories of water conservation\, exploring unchartered places\, need for connection to resources\, and our human impact on the environment. \n\n\n\nTickets are $15 and will include light refreshments. Limited space is available. Please purchase your tickets in advance!
