\nMaria Lloyd Bio:
\nMaria A. Lloyd is an award-winning entrepreneur\, author\, copywriter\, community advocate\, and speaker based in the United States.

\n\n

Ms. Lloyd&rsquo\;s entrepreneurial journey started at the tender age of five when she sold puppies (made out of Mardi Gras beads) for .25¢\; to her peers. In high school she built a clientele selling CDs containing chart-topping songs. In college she became a freelance copywriter&ndash\;&ndash\;writing copy for biographies\, websites\, legal documents\, and academic papers.

\n\n

In 2015 she launched her copywriting firm Management 24\, specializing in writing email copy for internet influencers in the entrepreneurship and financial literacy sectors. In addition to providing email copy for clients\, Ms. Lloyd also became trained in marketing automation and is an \;ONTRAPORT Certified Expert \;as well as a ManyChat Agency Partner.

In 2021 Ms. Lloyd released her first book titled \;Words Are Wealth: A Beginner'\;s Guide to Writing Profitable Copy for Email Marketing and Facebook Ads \;which she describes as a &ldquo\;mind dump&rdquo\; of her profitable copywriting techniques that she has quietly implemented for nearly 20 years. The book features real-life examples of copy Ms. Lloyd has written for email and Facebook\, and it also provides a list of her top-performing subject lines that readers are encouraged to use for their own email marketing efforts.

Ms. Lloyd advocates for the community through the Mobile Area Black Chamber of Commerce in Mobile\, Alabama where she is a Founding Board Member and serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors since 2019. In June 2021\, the Alabama State Black Chamber of Commerce presented her with the \;Outstanding Member \;award to acknowledge her commitment to the chamber.

Ms. Lloyd is recognized as a Life Alum of her alma mater and was appointed by the president of the alumni association to serve as the organization'\;s Chair of the Membership Committee in 2020.

Ms. Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Arts from Clark Atlanta University. When she&rsquo\;s not working\, she enjoys reading\, writing\, cooking\, stargazing\, and globetrotting.
