Join us for Beer Yoga at Towne Tap, a unique fusion of mindfulness and refreshment, on January 25th and February 8th! Sponsored by Alabama Crown and led by Agape Yoga, this session blends the tranquility of yoga with the enjoyment of your favorite beer. Registration is $20, available in-person from 9:00 to 10:00 am. After your session, stick around for a special food offer. Remember to bring your own mat, and participants must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
