Office and Sales Support Champion

Mosquito Joe of Gulf Coast Alabama is looking for a driven, quick-thinking, and detail-oriented Office and Sales Support Champion to join our team in Daphne. We need a self-starter who views every customer interaction as an opportunity to nurture the relationship and grow the business.

This role combines crucial administrative and operational support with aggressive follow-up and sales closing for both Mosquito Joe and our sister company, Southern Nightscape (holiday and landscape lighting).

Core Responsibilities

High-Drive Sales & Follow-Up (Your Primary Focus)

  • Lead Management & Closing: Actively manage all incoming sales leads via phone, email, and text. Demonstrate a high level of motivation to pursue leads until a close is achieved or a definitive "no" is secured.
  • Quote Generation: Confidently provide accurate quotes for Mosquito Joe services and our sister company, Southern Nightscape.
  • Sales Tracking: Accurately log all sales activities and customer data in our software.

Quick Problem-Solving & Customer Service

  • Think on Your Feet: Utilize critical thinking to quickly address unusual customer questions, concerns, or complex scheduling scenarios that require immediate resolution.
  • Sense of Urgency: Address time-sensitive items immediately, ensuring no customer or field technician issue is left unresolved.
  • Customer Relations: Manage account updates, service inquiries, and schedule adjustments, providing an excellent customer experience.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Data Accuracy: Create and update customer records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of all information.
  • Routing & Logistics: Assist with scheduling and routing adjustments.
  • Non-Peak Season: Take ownership of administrative project work and preparation for the upcoming season.
  • Coachability: Be receptive to feedback and actively participate in sales and process training.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Base Wage: $18.00+ per hour (Based on experience)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A proven track record of persistence and follow-through in sales or client management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort working with computer systems (CRM/scheduling software).
