SUMMARY:A Workshop on Trusts and Avoiding Probate
DESCRIPTION:What you have built deserves a plan that actually works when your family needs it. This workshop is designed to make sure you understand exactly how to do that completely\, clearly\, and with the confidence that comes from knowing your plan was built with intention and care. Brent Helms graduated from law school on a Saturday and was sworn in as a Special Probate Judge the following Monday. Before he drafted his first estate plan\, he had already presided over contested estates\, addressed matters involving individuals unable to manage their own financial affairs\, and served by court appointment as Administrator of Estates and Conservator managing the finances of incapacitated individuals and administering estates under court supervision. His estate planning practice today is built on what he observed and administered in those roles. This workshop is an introduction to that practice and to the process he has built to make sure every client leaves with a plan that does exactly what they intend it to do.
