DESCRIPTION:The Clubhouse & The Hope Farm are teaming up for a first ever collaborative event in The Barn. Julia Lake and The Hope Farm's Farm Manager\, Dominique Kline with lead each guest in a class on planting their own herbs and a Mixologist from The Hope Farm will host a mixology class utilizing the herbs each guest will take home. All herbs will be grown from seed by Dominique and a grazing table will be available for snacks. Included: Mixology Class with two cocktails. Herb Class hosted by Julia Lake and Dominique Kline. Each will instruct on potting the herbs\, about the specific varieties\, care and harvesting. Guests will pot their herbs and take home two ready-to-grow pots. Examples of herbs: Basil\, Rosemary\, Oxalis Triangularis\, Thyme\, and Red Veiled Sorrel. Grazing Table utilizing herbs from class featuring cheeses\, charcuterie\, nuts\, house made breads & preserves.
