Description
For our June class, the curators, Raleigh Swan and Lane Ezell will guide each participant through the history of bourbon – its historical context and national importance. They will also elaborate on some of the more popular bourbon producers and their family history with the spirit. Each participant will be shown how to make two bourbon cocktails and each guest will imbibe specially selected bourbons throughout the experience. Chef Adam will pair snacks with each cocktail and all guests are welcome to dine at The Hope Farm afterwards to continue the evening in their own preferred fashion. What is included?
