Duties:
- Greet customers and take their food and drink orders
- Prepare and serve food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check customers' identification to verify legal drinking age
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock bar supplies as needed and perform side duties
- Process customer payments using a cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
-Work beverage cart on course on assigned shifts
Skills:
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong math skills for accurately calculating drink prices and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food service and safety regulations
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
- Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of beer
- Understanding of retail math for inventory management purposes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Note: Prior experience in banquets or large events is a plus.
