Family Promise of Baldwin County is hosting our 17th Annual Chocolate Affair on Thursday, December 5th at the Daphne Civic Center from 6-9pm.
Family Promise of Baldwin County is a non-profit organization supporting families with children facing homelessness. Since 2007, our organization has provided temporary shelter to over 1,000 family members. We also offer Prevention/Diversion rental assistance programs, transitional housing, and graduate services. The Chocolate Affair is our signature fundraising event that directly supports our programs and the families we serve.
We are in search of volunteers to help us make this the best event yet. Positions needing fill on December 5th are listed below, please contact Charlotte at 251.597.3108 or at charlotte@familypromisebc.org if you are interested!
SET UP: 9 -12 am/ 12-3pm - dress tables, signage, silent auction display, etc.
BREAKDOWN: 9-10pm - sort, organize and pack up decor, table cloths, signage, etc.
DAY OF ITEM PICK UP: Times will vary. Pick up/deliver items to the Daphne Civic Center December 5th. Please indicate if you are willing/able to pick up food items or large bulky items and what area you would like to cover ie, Daphne, Spanish Fort, Gulf Shores, etc.
GUEST ASSITANT: 3-6 pm/6-9pm - Assist guests with registration and sales throughout event,
FOOD/DRINK SERVICE: 6-9 pm - Assist with food and drink support as needed, refill ice, water, restock dessert table, etc.
