Mobile, Alabama (July 26, 2021) – Bellator Real Estate & Development is pleased to announce the new broker of its Mobile Office. Annette Oden, a REALTOR® with Bellator for the past two years, has been named as the office’s new managing broker. Oden will be replacing Don Jones, who is stepping back from management but will remain with the company, as the broker manager for the more than 20 agents in Bellator’s Mobile Office, located on Hillcrest Road.
“Serving as the Mobile broker is an honor, and the high point of my real estate career to date,” Oden said. “I look forward to applying my knowledge and experience, my love of real estate and of the real estate community in growing our office.”
Oden has a proven track record as a local listing agent with more than 6 years in the real estate industry. She has been awarded as a 2018 – 2020 multi-million dollar producer, along with various other monthly/quarterly awards for top listings, closings and office culture during her time as a REALTOR®.

Bellator Real Estate & Development President Troy Wilson noted Oden was chosen from a broker hiring committee consisting of eight agents within the Mobile Office. “We are very excited to have been able to promote from within our organization,” Wilson said. “Annette is very respected and recognized as a leader among her peers throughout our industry.
