Learn Through Guided Tours and Lectures Aboard the USS ALABAMA
MOBILE, ALABAMA, December 29, 2023 – Visitors will have the opportunity to learn in a different way at USS ALABAMA Battleship Memorial Park during the first of the year. Guided tours will be available on Tuesdays in January – March at 12:00 p.m. In addition, the park will be holding several lectures in the Wardroom aboard the USS ALABAMA on Thursdays in February and March.

Thursday, February 15 at 11:00 a.m. – Heroes in Healing: Medics During WWII
Thursday, February 22 at 11:00 a.m. – Submarine Warfare: From WWII to Present Day
Thursday, February 29 at 11:00 a.m. – Exploring WWII Ordnance
Thursday, March 7 at 11:00 a.m. – Women During WWII
Thursday, March 14 at 10:00 a.m. – Winged Wonders: Birds, Conservation and Outdoor Discovery
