Eastern Shore Ace Hardware in Daphne was recently awarded The Pinnacle Performance Award by Ace Hardware. This is the second Eastern Shore Ace location to earn this recognition in 2024.
Pinnacle Ace retailers are required to score superior marks and achieve key metrics in the areas of Customer Satisfaction, Retail Operations, and Employee Training and Performance.
Approximately 600 of the 5600 Ace Dealers earn Pinnacle Performance each year, representing the top 10%.
