Improvements Coming to Community College Facilities Thanks to Alabama Leaders

Rapid workforce training. World-class academic and technical education. $6.6 billion impact. Support for our veterans and their families. Thanks to the leadership and support of Governor Kay Ivey and the Legislature, over $522 million of new funding was recently approved that will allow the 24 community and technical colleges of the Alabama Community College System (ACCS) to make necessary facility upgrades and enhancements, including the construction of new workforce training centers. ACCS will continue to build on successes that help Alabamians experience real life education:
