PRESS & CO. ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING AUGUST 12
August 2, 2023 (Daphne, Ala.): Press & Co., a new organic café and cold pressed juicery in Olde Towne Daphne, will open to the public on Saturday, August 12 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 711 Belrose Avenue.
The café's offerings will include an all-organic menu of cold pressed juices, Amavida roasted coffee, loose-leaf specialty teas, smoothies, a full breakfast menu, small bites, bowls and salads, bites on bread and craft cocktails.
Executive Chef Hunter Harris has crafted a menu with a focus on organic, healthy dishes that are both delicious and good for you. Hunter is a graduate of Louisiana Culinary Institute and, most recently, Executive Chef at renowned restaurants in Baldwin County and New Orleans. Press & Co. is wholly owned by Kimberly Cox, a Daphne, Ala. resident.
Alex Pikul, owner of Kind Café in Fairhope, Ala., is Press & Co.’s Operating Partner. “We’ve been dreaming about this day for years. After learning through my own experiences the transformative effects of clean eating on your body, I couldn’t wait to bring a convenient, healthy option like this to our community,” said Kimberly Cox, owner of Press & Co. “We are striving to create an environment and experience that are good for body and soul.”
Café hours will be six days a week from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m (closed on Tuesdays).
