Daphne, AL — REMAX By The Bay is proud to announce an exciting new chapter with the transition to new local ownership by Chris and Kristy LaFroscia, a husband-and-wife team and lifelong residents of Alabama’s Eastern Shore.
Kristy LaFroscia brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career as a realtor, moved into a behind the scenes role as the brokers assistant and returned to being a realtor several years ago, quickly becoming one of the brokerage’s top-producing agents. Her wide range of roles within the company have strengthened her business acumen and support her new role as owner. Deeply passionate about serving her community, Kristy will lead the day-to-day operations of the firm, while Chris LaFroscia will provide financial and operational support as he continues his career as a geotechnical engineer with a local firm.

REMAX By The Bay was established in 2004 by Paige Moore, who for more than two decades served as owner and broker, guiding buyers and sellers through the Eastern Shore and Mobile Bay real estate markets.
