Located at 22530 Hwy 98, Suite 230, StretchLab Fairhope specializes in 1:1 assisted stretching services that help clients move better, feel better and reduce the daily aches and pains caused by stress, aging and sedentary lifestyles. The studio provides a welcoming environment where expert practitioners guide members through customized stretching sessions tailored to their individual needs.
Many people neglect stretching, yet it is essential for maintaining mobility, reducing stiffness, and preventing injuries. The founders of StretchLab Fairhope know this firsthand. As professionals who spent years dealing with the effects of long hours at a desk, stress and previous injuries, they discovered the power of assisted stretching and knew they had to bring it to the Gulf Coast community.
“We are just like you! We both work long hours hovered over a computer, carry stress and tension and have injuries. Once we discovered how valuable 1:1 assisted stretching sessions were for us, we HAD to bring the concept to our adopted home of 20 years - the gulf coast,” said Renee Grady with StretchLab.
