For this class, we will be comparing Bourbon and Rye Whiskey. The class will consist of 4 cocktails and 2 .5oz pours of sipped bourbon. Cocktails: Lion’s Tail and Whiskey Sour Sipped Spirits: Peerless Rye, Elijah Craig Small Batch, Elijah Craig Rye, Old Forester 1910
