Description
Join our Wine Director, Will Jones, as we take a tour through the famous French growing region of Burgundy. Throughout this class, we will taste Chardonnay, Aligote, and Pinot Noir from four different producers in this region. We will discuss soil types, vinification methods, and what makes each wine so unique. Our Sous Chef Emily Sherrer has crafted small bite pairings for each wine.
